What does PoD (Proof-of-Prediction) mean?

A Proof-of-Stake-style consensus where the block proposer is the participant whose energy forecast best matched their actual usage, rewarding accurate, well-behaved endpoints.

Its cleverness is that to win, an endpoint must steer its real consumption to match its prediction — so consensus and demand-side management become the same act, and predictable behaviour is literally what secures the chain.
