What does NPL (Noumena Protocol Language) mean?

A domain-specific language for modelling business logic as protocols with explicit parties, permissions, and obligations — the core technology of the Noumena platform.

Rather than general code, it expresses who may do what and who must do what, making authorization and business rules first-class. It is built on deontic logic (permission and obligation).
