What is full-stack automation?
Automating a complete end-to-end process across every technical and organisational layer, from user interaction through application logic and infrastructure to operations and monitoring.
The name borrows from full-stack development, where one developer handles frontend, backend, database and infrastructure. Full-stack automation applies the same idea to automation: no layer is left as a manual island.
The point of covering every layer is that a process is only as automated as its slowest manual step. If code deploys automatically but a ticket still has to be opened for someone to create the database by hand, the end-to-end process still runs at human speed.
